I find it bizarre how there can be similar ideas between people even though those people never met.
Cool. I hope it's successful!

I love the rectangular shape. Such simplicity, and yet I find myself strongly drawn to this piece. Great colour choice. The tree trunk with its tiny shadow are such sweet, little details. ^_^ Wonderful!

Thank you! I was unsure about the shape but after I added the trunk and shadow it seemed right.

I am unsure. I've been feeling like I need to go in a different direction for awhile now but what direction has not made itself known.

I'm sure they won't be. At worst, they'll represent growth and learning, and that's always great to see.

Well the dark area in the center actually looks like it's ready for something to be put in it. Be it a picture, or some words. The fact that it's all rectangular format w/ open space makes me think that I guess XD

Oh! Okay! It makes perfect sense now! Yes, I agree, something could go in the center area.

"Blood Tree" sounded too sinister. Yes, I did make it with a brayer.

I'm using them for charcoal to spread it on the paper :) Well people usually using hands to do it, but I think cosmetic cottons are better. hand are clear then :D
