In this case the circle is meant to be a halo but is not limited to being just that. The circle has much symbolism: totality; wholeness; the infinite; eternity; rebirth; renewal; timelessness, no beginning, no end; the cycle and cyclic things; roundness is sacred as it is the most naturally occurring shape (atoms, bubbles, planets).

Ooh, what a pretty little spirit! I'm fond of the imagery and the interesting textures that come from your process. The backdrop of the arch is so lovely ... all those beautiful color transitions make the piece feel so airy and lighthearted ~ :'D
