It aggravates me sometimes when I am trying to work on illustration or commission jobs and other stuff keeps coming out. This giant drawing just came out like so many of my drawings. Once finished, I wondered where this might of come from and remembered watching a bit of a program on giantism on Discovery channel. So many things stay with me and wander around in my head.
Graphite pencil, pastel, acrylic on lama li paper
7-1/2x5-1/2 inches

the way you colored (pastel?) the picture seems very uniformed with the subject, it gives focus. Very clever.

Many thanks!

I love the "awkwardness" to this ... but even though the figure may seem ungainly, he has an inner beauty that would draw people to him.

I like that there is more than one kind of beauty :) . These souls seem to shine brighter.
Thank you very much!
