One of the greatest things about your work is just how MUCH of it there is! How long does it take you to do each one? And about how many drawings do you do in a day? I'm jealous of how much art you have on here!
Well, I am almost drawing all the time. I carry a drawing book just about everywhere I go. I try to keep a good work ethic by having a routine of being at the studio on a regular basis (almost daily). I do not necessarily get a drawing finished everyday but I try to at least do some drawing everyday. The more one works with a medium the more adept he or she becomes, leading to efficiency. Time to complete work varies according to size and subject matter. I am often working on several pieces simultaneously, while one is drying, I have another ready for working.
Covers I have done for past Sketchbook Projects have been very lacking. I wanted something more engaging and dynamic so when it is seen from the shelf or someone's hand it would create interest to see what is inside.
That's they way to do it. it's funny though how many times you can pick up up a book because your awestruck by the cover and the inside never quite matches to the level set by the cupboard.

I love your work!!
