Getting close.I have about 16 more days before the soft deadline for the mural's completion. I say soft because I might still have another week afterwards to touch it up, but by the 27th of August the engineer will be wanting to attach the back retainers on the panels, and then the preparations will begin on the back wall of the church where the mural is to be installed. The whole prep should ideally take only a few days, because it has to be as ready and clean as it can be for weekend Masses. Then comes the carting the panels on the 20 minute ride to the church, and then the installation. Oh my goodness...it's really getting close. Eep!Getting close. by irethkalt

In reference to why I carry a sketchbook everywhere:
You have to be ready to capture those ideas when they decide to come out and show themselves (usually unannounced). Otherwise, they float away and could be gone forever lost in memory.
